New culinary lecture classes coming to GRCC’s Lakeshore campus
GRAND RAPIDS, MI – Grand Rapids Group Faculty is incorporating new culinary lecture lessons to its Lakeshore Campus future semester to fulfill growing demand.
The college has scheduled four introductory courses for learners working toward culinary certificates and degrees, in accordance to a GRCC information launch. The programs will be accessible for the 2023 winter semester, which begins Jan. 9.
The courses, which had been made by GRCC’s Secchia Institute for Culinary Education and learning, will address subject areas like restaurant sanitation and basic safety, food paying for and more.
The lecture programs were established to give learners an introduction to culinary understanding that they can master in a classroom environment, since the Lakeshore campus does not have kitchens, reported Werner Absenger, the Secchia Institute’s system director.
